What are the fees for your services?
There are no fees for helping you with Home Retention, nor does obtaining information about your options obligate you to an Agency agreement. In the event your home is sold through a Short Sale, commission is paid from the sale of the property. The commission is typically 6% of the sale price of the property and is paid at closing from the sales proceeds. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for our services.
