Westgate Carol Jones REALTORS Real Estate opened its doors in 1993 on West 160 Highway in West Plains to serve the real estate needs of West Plains Missouri, Howell County and the surrounding areas. Shaun Duggins joined the office as a licensed partner in 1995. In 1996 Shaun became a licensed Broker and he took over ownership of the company in 1998.

Current -
Since 1998 Westgate Carol Jones REALTORS has grown to be the home of 18 of the top realtors in West Plains Missouri . In 2006, Westgate built on an additional 2500 square feet of office space and is pleased to be the home of 18 Sales Associates. Now, centrally located at 740 Kentucky Ave in West Plains, Westgate Carol Jones REALTORS maintains the majority of the market share of the West Plains Board of Realtors.
